upgrade and customization

1) I have the osproperty version 2.4 installed and running.
I would like to upgrade to 2.7.1. I do or I'll lose any customizations you made?
How can I upgrade and keep the customizations? How much would cost to do this?

Note that in the search bar has an option called " Bairros" (neighborhood). It is necessary that the site visitor can check the options that interest him. He could choose all or just some. How much would cost to do this customization?

Hi Ted,
1. I am sorry, we have some customers like your case. They already modify their OS Property and they feel difficult to upgrade component to latest version. That's not only with OS Property, but also for all Joomla third party extensions. The only solution is you need to install the upgrade version and re-do the modification again. Because only you know how & where are the customization that you already did in your site. In the past, we have tried to upgrade component for some customers like you. But after that we get bogged down in it and could not complete the project.
2. The Neighborhood idea is great. Currently, OS Property doesn't have it. But we will consider to add it in future improvement.

Hi Dam,

1) Would you send me a link to upgrade it?

2) About the "Neighborhood idea" we've got it. I just wish it was possible to choose more than one option in the search system. As is, the customer can only choose more tahn one neighborhood if he press CTRL (its not pratical or mobile compatible). Help us with this, please.
