properties showcase module link

can properties showcase module when clicked, link to just the property detail page, without the module ?

It's impossible, because the system will find the Itemid for each property, and Itemid is depend on the menu "Propert listing layout". For example, you have menu "For rent" to list all properties of Property type "For rent", and you assign some modules in this menu. In that case, at the property details (of Property type "For rent") those module will be shown too
