How To Add a New Type to Agent.

Hi Dam,

Now the OSproperty support two types of registered user, which are Owner and Agent to post properties, I would like to add one more type called property developer, and this type of user will be allowed to add property of a specific category called 'building', while owner and agent are not allowed to add any property within this cateogry.

I m a brand new web developer who can do some coding, but this modification seems beyond my head,
Do you have any suggestion for this?

Hi David,
If you are new web developer, i advise you to spend time to check the code of OS Property first. Because to add new user type into OS Property is very complicate work and you should modify quite many places in source code. You can read the source code at backend > Manage agents first. I believe it's start point if you want to add new user type beside Agent and Owner
