Hi Fuji,
I have read your request. It is quite details, but i feel it's all you need for one real estate website. OS Property is only third party extension for real estate. It has a lot features that you can use to make one real estate website, but you can't only use it to make the real estate site. You will need a lot customization, addition developing.
