Missing Modules

I installed first the OS Property component and later on the OS Property Template; I had problems alone the way due to file size limitations. This was corrected and eventually I was able to install the quick start version with no errors.
I am following the YouTube video to setup the OS Property template but I noticed a number of the modules are not available in my Joomla environment; actually I noticed I only have 3 modules while the video shows a much larger number. As an example I do not have the Copyright, Contact Header, Social Nav, and many others.

Those modules are Custom HTML module. And you can copy HTML source code from documentation of template. We are also can help you to configure the template for you, so if you need, please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account. And we will help you to configure the template in your site.
