company_id for a ref

on ref the property id can be done by agent?

property of agent 1 number 2

property of agent 2 number 3

and this number auto incrase

we put ref with compay_id, agent_id, current_year, A or B (is or is not featured) and property id

instad property_id we want a number of property of that agent

like one agent have the last property with ref 222014A1 the next that he create it will be 222014A2
other diferent agente have 112014A1 and 112014A2

i need also that" when we create or edit one property it will be create the ref# field automatically with property_id "

and ask via support Ticket and the answer is " In OS Property, the property_id is unique number and is auto-increasement. But the Ref isn't auto number field. Administrator or agents should enter value for it.
