want to disregard 'category' and 'agent/owner'

I want to disregard the 'category' and 'agent/owner' fields in the properties - these are not relevant, the site is for a single estate agent and the category field doesn't make any sense!

How can I get rid of these fields - at the moment they are mandatory?

Category, Agent are mandatory fields in OS Property, and we can't remove them. We advice you to use the default category and agent for your OS Property system.

Ok thank you - but in the 'configuration' area, under the 'Company' tab (Company Setting) I don't understand what this area is for - can you confirm if this is to enable company's to register on the site? And if thats the case, what are they registering for?? Its not explained in the documentation (as I said before I'm pretty sure we don't need these fields, but if they are mandatory I'd like to understand what they're for!)

Company isn't mandatory fields, and you don't need to care about it if you don't have company information. And you can disable company registration feature also.
But Agent and Category are mandatory fields, i repeat it.
