Editing extra fileds does not save changes

I have a big problem. When I edit extra fields it seems that every thing is all right. I changed some options and then I saved. System said that editing was saved, but it does not change anything. For example:

I changed the option in security extra field: No to Não and Yes to Sim. I saved but nothing changed.
