SEARCH LOCATOR MAP HELP PLEASE

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way to make all of the properties show on the map before a search is done?

So when they click on search, the map page opens showing all of the listings and then they can refine the search.

Also, I wanted to make 'for sale' to be the first one that shows instead of for rent in the tabs at the top, can that be done?
