cancel notification

I use OS Property with OS calendar. If someone books a property I receive, as the administrator, an email with the details. That is perfect. But if this person cancels the booking I don't receive an email of the cancellation. How can I change this? I want to receive the "cancel notification agent" which is in the email templates.

It's very strange, because when customer cancel the booking request. The system will send the notification email to administrator or agent.
Can you please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account. So i can check the issue for you

Sorry Dam but I don't know what to do. What do you mean with submit ticket and send site information? If I post a reply everybody can see the information

Please click on Support ticket at the top. You will see the link to create new ticket. Ticket system is private and none can see it
