Just Got the script I've installed it on both live and on my localhost.
I've tried to install sample Data on both servers still always get errors such as. Fatal error: Call to undefined method JAdministrator::getParams() in mysite\administrator\components\com_osproperty\helpers\common.php on line 238

In fact, the issue has just been fixed and we have uploaded new version 2.6.4 in some hours ago. So please re-download the latest version and install it to get the bug fixed
