Hello, I have a problem with sending data on the "request more details." Everything seems to work fine, but do not get any emails to the site manager. I ask you what are the parameters to be monitored.

Please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account. I will check the issue for you

Hi Sergio,
The "Request more details" email will be sent to owner of properties. If you are owner of property and you don't receive the notification emails, please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. We will check the problem for you.
