Database prospects

We are using your application OsProperty to sell apartments in Spain. Is there a feature in the backend of the system within Osproperty to connect or make a database with people who have seen a curtain property or are interested in buying. I ask this question for two reasons.
A. We want to send frequently a mailing to people who are interested in buying a property.
B. We can make a database of movements, events etc. directly connected to a property so that the owner exactly knows what is happening with his property .

Currently, OS Property doesn't have option to send the frequently a mailing to people who are interested in buying a property and it hasn't gotten feature to allow administrator to create the custom database of events related to property and update those information to owner.
Have you gotten any real sample of those feature. Please share to us? I will appreciate it.
