404 - article not found

Hello,
I recently published the new bilingual website with OS Property component and I'm started to receive a lot of reports regarding pages with 404 code. Usually it happens first time when the users are trying to open the site. Could you please check this issue? This is commercial site and this issue is very urgent.

Hi Lusok,
I don't think the issue you have related to OS Property, can you please temporarily remove OS Property and test the problem again. If after removing OS Property, you don't have the problem (404 Article not found), please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin acc, ftp acc. I will check it for you.

This is the answer that I received from my server services:
"This is an issue with the plugins under your public_html. We have tried moving the plugins directory and the site sbjane.com was loading fine as per the screenshot attached with this response. Since we have confirmed this as an issue with one of your plugins , we would suggest you to try disabling the plugin which causes you the issue. "
I also can see that the problem related to the languages issue. If I'm writing URL with /index.php/ru or /index.php/fr it works OK,
but if I'm writing only site name I have this 404 problem.

Can you please check this issue?

Hi,
As i suggest you, you can try to uninstall OS Property and test your site again. You will see whether if the problem relate to my component.
By the way, you need to send me super admin acc, ftp acc in you want me to check this issue, because i can't do anything if i don't have account.
