Hi,
What's the country that you are using in OS Property. Because before uploading properties, you can import location (states/cities) for the used country. In that case, you will be able to select state and city in dropdown select lists when you add/edit properties (at front-end and back-end)
There are 2 solutions to import location.
1. Using function : Import location at Dashboard of OS Property. But you used country must be in Supported countries list of OS Property.
2. Add states and cities manually by using functions: Manage states and Manage cities at back-end of OS Property.
After above steps, you will be upload properties without problem you mentioned
Thanks
Dam
