hide Panels

Hi!
I renamed "other Information" Panel to "residential Property Information" and I moved few Options like "Number of Rooms" etc., to this Panel.
but I want to hide this panel when a "Business for Sale" option is selected from the Category List(Dropdown Option Value = 5) and vice versa to "Residential Property" Option.
By default I want to hide both by using style="display:none; I believe but I have no idea how to activate them when a desired option is selected.
btw I did gave you guys a review as excellent and I took my time also wrote "why OS property is the best RealEstate Manager"?
