hi i have osproperty 2.4 working in my joomla site.. and i need get the complains and word of renters
i wanna use the ticket sistem... you can give some advice before ... to do that ?
or you have a module pluguins , integrate both components ?
by example...
in one property when the renter vuew his prperty one options says (complaints - claims) maybe... and the renter only select the category .. . and the personal of real sate only select property to see the complaints and fix ....
sorry i speak spanish...
note: i modify the component to do other tihing in my site... calculate mts2, quotes, create district.. and other stuff... PHP developer

We will consider to think about your idea. It seems great, in near future, we will improve Helpdesk Pro to make it become the best ticket system, and then, we will integrate OS Property with Helpdesk pro component.
