Batch upload problem was created by Heidy Alpizar

Hello,

I am trying to upload a zip file with pictures with the batch upload option, but the system returns the following message: Select photos and import, but then the photos are not listed. I have attached a print screen as a reference. Thank you.

This is the batch file I am trying to upload but I have no success. I have tried with other zip files but the same happens. I appreciate your help.

Thanks Dam. It was as you mentioned in your email, the problem was that I was zipping the files from one subfolder. I extracted the files and zip them from the root, and then upload them and problem solved. Thanks so much for your help!

Dear Dam, I have almost the same issue. When I select batch upload, choose a zip file, and hit Save, it wont save the pictures. What was the solution for Heidy in this case?
