Hi all, I have OSP T3 maps and deal with properties all over US, Mexico and Carribean and see no option to choose country when adding properties in front end. Even if I change default country in config. in back end there are no preloaded states or cities. How can I accommodate this?
When I got the template there were sample properties in US and Asia so I assume you can have different countries.
Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom,
In case you want to use US, Mexico or any countries in your OS Property, you need to select them at backend > OS Property > Configuration page > tab General > Default Country.
And then, you need to import location database of those countries. Because in default, OS Property only supports US location. You can read part : Installation of documentation: osproperty.ext4joomla.com/OS_Property_Instructions.pdf to get the solution to import location database of those countries. But OS Property doesn't support location (states/cities) of all countries on the world. (Because we can't collect enough them), you can use feature : Manage States and Manage Cities at back-end of OS Property to create them. Of course, with this way, you will need more time than importing location db file.
Good luck
Dam
