Email Alerts on new Listings

How to send email to user on new property listing. also how to send email based on the saved search query.

Currently, OS Property hasn't gotten function to send notification emails when new property "in Saved search list" is added. If you can implement it and suggest us the solution, we are really appreciate it. In this time, we are still finding the solution to implement this functionality. Reason: In case your site has a lot properties uploaded at one short range time with a lot saved search list from customers. And, OS Property must send a lot notification emails. There are 2 problems that can be happened
1- Your hosting won't allow a lot emails can be sent in one short time
2- Your system will slow because it must process the email sending functionality many times

Hello Dam,

The system need not to send email for every listing also need not to mention any listing details.

My suggestion is to send only one email notification after every new listing (by checking clients search criteria). Like,

One or more new or updated listings have been found to match your search criteria. Please click the link (link will redirect to the site and saved query will be execute) to see the new listing.
