how to add new property from front end?

how to add new property from front end? was created by Preeti
In front end i gave a tab upload and i set link behind this tab through admin panel agent/owner Add Property . but when i clicked on this tab .it redirect to front page.

Hi,
it means agent can't upload properties at frontend?
