Hi,
You need to setup 2 languages in your Joomla site. You can search more on Internet, for example: www.ostraining.com/blog/joomla/multi-lan...-sites-in-joomla-17/
After setting up multilingual feature for Joomla, OS Property will have multiple language feature automatically. At frontend, depend on selected language, the corresponding data (in OS Property) will be shown also.
So, in general, you need to setup mutilingual feature for Joomla first.
