Hi,
We have one solution, use Phpmyadmin to remove those sub menus. But the problem in all pages of OS Property, at the toolbar, we have the button to redirect administrator to Dashboard of OS Property.
Thanks
Dam

Can you change the link to point to Dashboard else? What file I need to modify? and What should I modify phpmyadmin table?

Hi,
To hide the submenus of OS Property at backend of Joomla, you can find and remove the records in db table : #__menus
With the Dashboard, you can add the Joomla code to redirect user to access to Dashboard of OS Property. The source code file that you can make the modification is:
administrator > components > com_osproperty > classes > cpanel.php
Good luck
