how to change layout of advance search page

how to change layout of advance search page .it works on com_osprperty/classes/listing.html.php page where a function advsearchForm() works.

I am afraid that will be a difficult modification if you want to change dropdown select lists to radio buttons. You need to make the modification on function advSearch in file: components > com_osproperty > classes > listing.php
You should know about php and Joomla coding if you want to make those modification
