Cannot Access Company Profile

Hi,

As soon as a client registers as an agent, and then if they want to register there company, i get this error

"You do not have permission to go to this area"

Please advise

Hi Dang,

If you hover your mouse over "Company" and go to "Manage my Company" you still cannot register your company.

It doesn't relate, because an agent doesn't have permission to register company. Company and agent 2 different objects in OS Property, and one user can't be both Agent and Company administrator

I do understand that agent and company are two different objects, but my problem is i cannot access the page where i can register a company.

You can setup the menu to Company registration page by select Layout: OS Property Company registration.

I have two buttons.

If you go to the site you will see that there is company, witch points to companies listing

When you hover your mouse over that button, then a new drop down button comes up, witch is "Manage my company" and it is also pointed to Company : Registration

But it still gives me the error that i do not have permission to access that page.

Hi Burger,
Can you please submit ticket and send me super admin account of your site. I think you are using old version of OS Property, and it doesn't allow non-registered user to register company information
