question about company registration

Hello,

In configuration - company, there is a option "Auto approval company registration request:" and it's "NO" for this case, which I expect that company registration requests administrator's approval before they can login.

And when I register a company account, after submitting the application, I can see a message "Administrator will review and approve your company as soon as possible" That seems good.

The problem is, in the meanwhile, I also got an email with an activation link, and after clicking on the link, I can login without administrator's approval.
Whereas the administrator didn't receive any notification email asking for a approval.

Could you explain how does it work to me please? Thanks.

The email you received is the Joomla user account activation email. After clicking on that link, the system will approve your Joomla account. Your company account still is pending and need approval from administrator

Thanks for reply. I thought the same that "even after I activate the account, I still need administrator's approval before I can login to see company admin features. " But the truth is after activating account, even without administrator's approval, I can still login and see company menu, like manage company information, add new agent, etc. So I call this is a bug. Hi Dam, After testing, I found the problem is still there.

After company registration, without admin's approval, the company can still activate its account and login to use company features. It's wrong, it should be disabled until admin's approval. Thanks.
