where from can i change what fields will be shown in locator search page?

To give you a better idea right now my locator search page look like this:


and i would like to make it similar to template demo of yours like this :

Hi,
You need to take a look at 3 files in case you want to change the locator search function
components > com_osproperty > classes > locator.php
components > com_osproperty > classes > locator.html.php
and function generateLocatorForm in file components > com_osproperty > helpers > common.php
