Osproperty and osmembership

In Osproperty i want to create 2 memberships:

The free membership allows agents to upload their properties but featured costs (for example) $5.
The Pro membership (for example $5 a month) allows agents to upload their properties and featured is free.

Can this be done with osmembership?

I think you can create subscription plan (free) and agents can upload X normal properties
and then, you create the subscription plan (5 USD) and agents can upload Y featured properties.
Is that ok?

And with the free plan, they can upgrade a property to featured for $5?
And the Pro plan, they can upload normal properties to?

Need to be sure.
