membership pro wtih OsProperty

I'm trying to run memberships pro with osproperty but does not work.

I configured according you explain osproperty and memberships in osproperty.ext4joomla.com/index.php/Ques...pro-integration.html , I have enabled all pluing.

I have in membership a category called memberships pro, also I have two plans subcripcion, 1 - add property and 2 - Featured Properties that fall into this category.

the user enters the page with your username and password and you a menu appears to purchase supcripcions plans, This user belongs to a group that in turn has an access level in joomla.

well, when the user tries to upload a property, a message appears telling you - You need to purchase subscription if you want to add property- and redirecting it to add property subcripcion, subcripcion process continues and eventually resulting

up to this point no problem but now when I try to upload a property Screen 1 will appear.

a property that I have uploaded without activated memberships, when I try to upgrade to featured property tells me that You do not have permission to go to this area.

from the backend in subscribers the two plans are active but in the user profile ospropery the tab Your membership says -No active plan-
I have given thousands of laps but can not find the solution.
What am I doing wrong?
