Featured Properties being duplicated

We have some properties tagged as featured that show in a sidebar. If the property has more than one image, it is duplicating the featured property for each image associated with it. It should only show the featured property once with the first image (or some image selected), but it shouldn't be repeating the featured property for each image. How can we turn off this repeating?

Oh dear, I couldn't apologize more for this Dam. On further inspection, it's a module someone created for me. I had thought we were using the featured properties module.
