OSProperty + Clients

Hi,

I want to buy and use this component OSProperty but I have some requirements that I don't know if the app can resolve them.

I need:
Manage clients: I need manage clients who are interested in buy a residence. I mean, I need manage customers and not only companies.
The customers have to be able to register in the app.
Alert when a client search a house. I want to receive a mail when a customer search a residence.

Does anyone know if the component is able to resolve this feature

Currently, OS Property hasn't gotten feature to send the notification emails to customers for their searching.

OS Property doesn't have customers management feature. In the future, we will consider to add that feature to OS Property.

Ok, another question.
A joomla user can save alerts? The way i want is: that a user can save listings or searches. When a search matches new listings, the user will be notified. If a saved property is updated or changed, the user will be notified.

To be honest, we have thought about this idea before. We really want to implement this functionailty. But the reason that prevent us from implementing it- is we haven't found the solution to make the cron task. (Sending notification emails by hours)
Almost customers have difficulty when they setup the "cron task" at their hosting, while we don't want to make make the system plugin to active the "cron task" when customer's site have visit.
Moreover, depend on specific hosting, we will have limited number of emails can be sent in one hour. And customer should be able to configure this parameter also.
I would like to hear your idea about this feature so i can have more choice in implementing this very good functionality.

can a use the component in diferent sites?

Yes, but I the have a GPLv2 license makes able to use another persons component? or only reuse the code? or both?
