the positions of the template dont exist

Hello, I have bought OSP T3MAP joomla template, but it does not work the quick start. I then installed joomla 2.5 then I installed the component, but there is another problem.
The template makes me see the positions at the top but do not work and do not use them.
I chose to buy this template because I wanted a research well clear at the top, however I can not seem to use anything.
Excuse my English because I'm Italian.

What's the template's positions that you want to use and aren't available in the template?
At the top of t3template page, we have positions:
1. top-menu
2. head-contact
3. top-login
4. head-list-property
5. mainmenu
You also submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account, so i can check your site url.
