No Free Listings - Featured Only

I do not want to allow any free listings on the website. I only want featured (paid) listings. How can this be accomplished?

OS Property has the feature to integrate with OS Membership. With membership component, agents should purchase the subscription before they can upload properties (normal or featured)

I installed the os membership component... can't seem to figure out how to configure it... is there a link to the documentation somewhere?

nevermind...lol... I'm getting a little tired, been working on this for too many hours today...

I need to actually purchase and download the component first... then install it... once that is done, I'm sure configuring the plugin will be a breeze...
