I have made many changes to the php template files. How can I update from 2.2 to 2.4 without losing my styling? Is it possible to provide a comprehensive change log so that I can simply incorporate the new code and or single files.
This will be a great help or I doubt I will be able to update again.

Because you already modified a lot files in current version of OS Property, so i am afraid you can't update to latest version. Because it will overwrite all modified files.
