Hi Juan,
The picture that you sent are property types in OS Property system, they can't be translated by using "Translation labels" at backend of your site because they are content data of OS Property system.
You can changes the content of OS Property by one of 2 bellow solutuions:
1. If your site is using one language, you can change the property types from backend > OS Property >Manage property types
2. If you want to build the multiple languages site, you need to use Falang component, please read this document, it will shows you how to make the multiple language site
