Images not uploading was created by Tony Cline
We have not been able to upload photos on 2.3 or 2.4 version of the component. When we add a property and try to add photos then try to save the property we get errors now like >>>
Error: Could not load image /var/www/vhosts/cliffdwellers.net/httpdocs/images/osproperty/properties/285/thumb/2851381527234188cc167ab1b1728f5c17234ac698d07.jpg!
What is the issue and how do we fix it?

Hi Tony,
I am afraid that's the problem with permission. Please check permission to make sure that the image files can be uploaded to folders "images/osproperty/properties" and all sub-folders of it.
Thanks
Dam

Hi Dam,
The product has been working for months. When I upgraded to version 2.4 it stopped working properly. Each time we add a property on the back end it will not allow us to add images once the property is created.
I have 777 Recurse through all folders in images/osproperty/properties yet when I add a new property the directory is added as 755. How do I change this so that the component runs properly? Please let me know as soon as you can, I have an angry client who is upset because his property is not listed properly.
Thanks,
Tony.
