Joomla Ext. OS Property

I am new to Joomla! I have built several websites using other software.
I took the Beyond basice training at Joomla site.

I just set up Joomla 2.5 and upgraded to 2.5.14 and then purchased
OS Property. Before I downloaded it I could get the joomla to open up to the default home page OK. www.rimsllc.net

I used cPanel to upload the various OSproperty files to server and used cpanel extraction. I believe they are in OK.

I need some help in several areas:
1. Now when I put url in browser I get nothing ---blank.
2. I thought that when I did this much I would have the OS Property home page.
3. I cannot find where to get into OS Property to configure it.

I don't know what to do next??? I don't have a clue as to trouble shooting.

Please advise. Am I at the right place to get help?

Please submit ticket and provide your site information with super admin account, ftp account to us. We will check the issue for you.

Please excuse me, I don't understand where to submit a ticket. I don't see anything that tells me this would be secure or that this is a ticket.

Scroll this page up.
At the first line towards right of the screen you will see a button writing : Support tickets.
If you click this button you will be transfered to the support tickets area.
