in this page there is no description for the plugin:

plug_js_agentproperties.j2.5.5_j3.x.zip

What is this used for?
Should i install it?

Hi,
That's the Jomsocial plugin, it will list all properties of agents in their profile on Jomsocial page. If you don't use Jomsocial, you don't need to install it.
