problem with upload images when add the property

when I add a property to load the images, the system gives me this error:

Error: Could not load image /home/immobiliare/www/images/osproperty/properties/5/thumb/51377535939aa37f62d5188a744c54d2e81c6e7a824.jpg!

the images folder has write permissions.

I saw that a folder is created with the id number of the property and with the permissions to 755

if I change the permissions of the folder and edit the Properties to 777 makes me upload the images

You mean your sever only allow to upload into folders that have permission is 0777, right?

Please submit the ticket and send your site information into it. I need your site information with super admin, ftp account. I will change the folders creating function so you can upload pictures without changing permission of folders.
