Total viewing vs google analytics was created by Wendy Mallon
We would like to provide relevant analytics in regards to traffic to our agents. Currently there seems to be a vast difference between the "total viewing" # on each listing v/s what google analytics shows in regards to click thru traffic. Have you seen this discrepancy before? (For example one listing is showing 78 total views but google analytics is showing 1 view).
Can you confirm what causes "total viewing" to increase? Thank you!!

Hi Wendy,
I am not sure with the way Google Analytics works. In OS Property, when user go to the property details page. One cookie will be created and save the time that user visit the property details page. In the mean time, "hits" value will be increased 1.
User can refresh the page many times, but the "hits" won't be increased until next hour.
Thanks
Dam
