error 403 in the agents activation

hi, i´m testing osproperty agents registration, i fill the form and the system send me a email, with an url for the account activation, y the backend i aproved the agent registration, but when i click in te url, send me a error 403, can help me? please

You mean when you click on the activation url to active the Joomla user, you have 403 error?

It seems the problem with Joomla site. Please send your site information with super admin account, ftp account to damdt@joomservices.com
