Hello Dam,

I´m interested in buying OSPTemplate May 2013 and I have some questions:

1. Does template come right the same as in the DEMO? I mean, during Installation of template, if you click INSTALL SAMPLE DATA, would it look exactly the same with all the Modules and Components?

2. I´m really interested in Property Show Case within the template, is that a Module?

3. Does this template come with file for Spanish translation?

4. Could I import the Property DataBase from the web we are working at now? www.ydomus.info

Please, let me know in order to decide to buy.

Yes, it's the module

Template is another part of Joomla, it doesn't relate to language part.

My guy can install the template into your site directly, so you don't need about existing data in your site.

- Do I get to download it? Is it like a normal Joomla Template with all the files right?

b. Template is another part of Joomla, it doesn't relate to language part.

- So you mean it´s not like OS Poperty Component that has the option of translation with Spanish package 1.0.1??? Could that package be used for the Template? :blink:

Hi Dan, how are you my friend?

Dan, I'm having a problem with some characteristicsnecessary in Brazil, and would like to know if you can help me.

The problem is that, in Brazil we has Country, State, City and District or Village. Within the admin component I saw only the possibility of Country, State and City. Do yout have any ideas for me to solve this problem? I thank you the great attention ever!

Id like to offer you a template production service too if you need, maybe we can be a partners !

Hi Claudeir,
I am fine, thank you. I hope you are fine too

Regarding to your question, currently, OS Property only provides the location structure with 3 levels, country > state > citiy. You can use other fields at address field groups to enter District or Village like region v.v.

Regarding to template, my team can work the outsourcing projects on extension customization or template development. So i think my team can work on template production projects with you. You can send email to: damdt@joomservices.com, we will discuss more details about it.
