save and apply prob and edit fronend property

1. We would like to save the property and not publish it, after saving should take us to listing page ( frontend agent not related to backedn admin ) as we may not have all the info to publish but when we save it gets published.

2. When we edit its getting published again, when apply is clicked.

3. save should only save the property and apply ( what does it actually do )

4. could you tell us how to remove upload doc area from front end , we cannot find the form to do so.

* important Adding a property after saving shouldn't publish.
