Unable to install OS Property V 2.0.9.1 Component

Unable to install OS Property V 2.0.9.1 Component was created by aney
hi Admin
i m using joomla 2.5 purchasing OS Property V 2.0.9.1 yesterday and unzip this folder After unzipping the original file, I see the following folders:
1)component 2)modules 3)other 4)plugins
then i start upload this on local server wamp in joomla the problem is this modules and plugin are upload on server properly but when i upload com_osproperty so i facing trouble
and joomla showing instillation error "There was an error uploading this file to the server."
i have no idea how to solve this problem kindly help me out of this problem as soon as possible i will be very thank ful to you

hi
the component work properly but also have a problem when i use these modules css are missing can you plz help me i m using templet ja_portfoilo for joomla 2.5 and k2 also intall should i unstall k2 ???
