component install fails

Hi Please help. upgrading to 2.0.9.1

Everything installs except for the component. It throws a 500 system error.

It appears that the component uploads successfully but fails on installing.

Please help.

AND PLEASE can we have a better captcha.. I can read it at all..

can you send your site information with super admin to: damdt@joomservices.com, i will take a look at your upgrade problem.
Regarding to captcha problem, you want to have another captcha feature? Can you please let me know your reason?

Regarding the captcha feature.. the one showing now below as I type is perfect. The one yesterday was virtually impossible to see. There were black areas under the text . The text would run over white into black. I tried 5 times before I got it right and could submit my message. I could not hear the letters either.. I felt quite stressed because my message was urgent.
