no active plan shown

Hi OS support ,

I have configured a 50 featured listings for 30 days period(subscription length). I leave the expired date field blank. - Save and close.



I tested 2-3 sample agents login and upload listings from the front-end however the no of property listings do not reduce. And also, this sample agent has been given a featured listings but when upload it shows as standard listings.

Any idea where went wrong ? Thanks
