Where to get database for my country cities

Hello Dam,
I have a little problem, i want to know if their is any link on where to get my country database location for cities and state. I am working with my localhost, my country is Nigeria and the file I need is "ng_nigeria.txt"

You can find it in folder "other/location" in the OS Property package.
