Add a text field to "ask for price"

Add a text field to "ask for price" was created by kmedri
Is it possible to have a text field appear when "call for price" is checked in the backend, and the reult displayed on all price areas in front end. This way we could easily add things like 'Auction" 'Tender' etc.
