Auction - By Negotiation - is it possible?

Hi,

I would like to be able to add a selection to the property where the agent can select from four options:

Normal price: leaves everything as it is.

Neg Over: adds these two words to end of the price

By Negotiation: removes price and only shows these words

Auction: removes price and only shows this word

I have had a quick look and cant find where to add these choices in the backend so I can ref them in the .php files.

Any help would be very grateful.

Hi,
There are a lot things to do, because OS Property shows prices of properties in many places, even in the modules of extension also. So to make the customization, you need to know about php + Joomla coding.
You need to modify backend of OS Property to add the field Price types when you add/edit properties, and you have to add "price type" column in property database table.
And the you need to modify frontend of OS Property component (and modules too) to change the price showing function.
