Can't search for ANY property types

We are still unable to return search results if a user chooses ANY in their search selections. This is our search page 184.172.151.192/~lcrumble/index.php/property-listings . If you simply hit submit, which would be a search for ANY property types, ANY category and ANY price range, you get no search results. Any should return ALL properties since there is no filter applied.

How can we allow the user to submit a search to see ALL properties?
